My name is Benjamin James, I am a wedding, event and portrait photographer.

                        

I am based in Southsea, but cover weddings throughout Hampshire and beyond.

I am classically trained photographer ( some twenty years ago!), but  offer a modern, relaxed and observational style of photography.

For wedding couples, as well as taking the photographs on the day, I like to offer a shoot (in Southsea or on location) prior to the day.
 A chance to get to know each other, and to get some stunning shots which can be used on the wedding invitations
or on the order of service.

Having two photographers at the wedding is another service that can be provided, offering a fantastic array of relaxed un-posed photographs.

My studio is portable. So I can undertake portrait sessions in your own home. Giving a relaxed environment which is ideal for shoots of children or pets.

Other events covered are christenings, black tie events and proms.
